1 Cup Fresh Basil⠀
1/2 Cup Water⠀
1/4 Cup Nutritional Yeast⠀
1/4 Cup Pine Nuts (or raw cashews & walnuts work too) ⠀
2 Cloves Garlic⠀
Juice of 1 lime or lemon⠀
Pepper to taste
- Fill a large pot 3/4 full with water, bring to a boil.⠀
- In a food processor – add basil, avocado, water, nutritional yeast, pine nuts, garlic, lime juice and salt and pepper to taste. Mix to combine.⠀
- Continue blending, scraping down sides as needed, until creamy and fully combined.
- If it has trouble blending add a bit more water.
- Add to noodles or use as a dipping sauce!
